The house is a ground/roof construction, positioned in the historical center of Ostuni. The apartment is on 3 levels: entrance on the street level and internal staircase leading to the second floor; a ramp leading to the second floor; and a spiral staircase that from the second floor terrace provides access to the solar slab. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, wifi 72 Mb/sec, and a television on each floor with Netflix and Primevideo in addition to regular programming.
Particular care has been taken with the furnishings, lighting, and materials: solid wood, coccio pesto, crystal, designer lamps, and particularly sought-after pieces, such as tableware created by a local artisan.
The entrance staircase leads to the living room, with a 5.70-meter-high vaulted ceiling, where there is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed (2 x 2 m). A French window allows a view of the ancient arch of the public street leading to the central square and the Cathedral.
Next to the living room extends the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator.
A bathroom with toilet and shower stall completes the floor.
The second floor consists of a large double bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed with a crock-pot frame. To the left is an open glass shower stall with double shower and cabinet with double washbasins, carved from the trunk of olive trees. The room leads to the toilet room with toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The terrace, which is also the most magical place in the house, consists of a first level with a dining area (solid wood table and benches for 8 people) and a kitchen counter that looks toward the Cathedral and the sea, equipped with a sink, two portable induction hobs, and refrigerator.
Going further up a characteristic iron spiral staircase takes us to the rooftop terrace.
From here you can admire a breathtaking 360-degree panorama: the Cathedral, the Monastery, the sea, the white houses of the old town, the olive groves all around......we are on the highest terrace of the town from which to enjoy the view while immersed in the tub of a whirlpool for two.
In the period between 15/11 to 15/04 the jacuzzi cannot be used due to seasonal closure.
